Overview

Services

Offers 3- and 5-axis CNC milling and turning plus sheet metal (fiber-laser cutting, turret punching and robotic welding), from one-piece prototypes to production runs. ↗ ↗

Quality control

Parts are inspected on Zeiss DuraMax and Contura and Mitutoyo Crysta-Apex CMMs, with an SJ-410 profilometer and hardness testers. Production batches ship with PPAP (18 elements) and AS9102 FAI documentation. ↗

Delivery

Prototypes of 1–5 parts ship in 24–72 hours, small batches in 7–10 business days and production in 14–30 business days. MOQ is one piece. ↗ ↗

About Shenzhen JUDA Technology

What they do

Shenzhen JUDA Technology is a CNC machining factory in Shenzhen with a 4,500 m² facility it moved into in 2015. It runs 3-, 4- and 5-axis milling, CNC turning and Swiss turning, plus sheet metal (laser cutting, turret punching, bending, robotic welding) and assembly, in aluminum (6061/7075/2024), stainless (303–316L, 17-4 PH), titanium, alloy steels, copper alloys, superalloys and engineering plastics such as PEEK and Ultem. It quotes single prototypes through production runs for medical equipment, aerospace and defense, automotive and EV, robotics and semiconductor equipment; its llms.txt states it does not offer 3D printing or injection molding and does not make implants. ↗ ↗ ↗

What’s different

  • The about page itemizes its own equipment: 7 five-axis centers, 35 three-axis mills, 15 CNC lathes, a TRUMPF 6000 W fiber laser, a Han's Laser 3000 W cutter, 2 AMADA turret punches and 5 robotic welding stations. ↗
  • The quality page names its inspection machines (Zeiss DuraMax, Zeiss Contura, Mitutoyo Crysta-Apex CMMs, Mitutoyo SJ-410 profilometer) and lists all 18 PPAP elements and AS9102 FAI forms as deliverables. ↗
  • Machines superalloys (Inconel 718, Hastelloy C-22, Monel 400) and Grade 23 ELI titanium on 5-axis tables up to 1,200×800 mm, and its llms.txt spells out what it does not do (no 3D printing or molding). ↗
